About Me

G’DAY,
My name is Lee C. McClendon IV. I’m originally from Chicago, IL but now I live in Fond du Lac. I graduated from Marian University in December 2010 with a bachelor's degree in Communication emphasis in Public Relations. Afterwards I decided to continue my education in the Culinary Arts Program in January 2011 at Moraine Park Technical College. I plan on using my degrees to start a food television show, travel around the world to write about various cuisines, and then eventually start my own restaurant.
I love to travel! When an opportunity comes up I make sure I find a way to go on trips. I believe there is so much to see in the world, and staying in one place does not show our full potentials of life. Thus far I studied aboard in Australia for a semester. I’ve gone to Italy twice, Germany (part of the exchange program at MPTC), Switzerland, France, and Holland. Traveling has allowed me to meet people from all over and make lifetime friends.
I hope through my blogs you can get inspired to try new things and travel the world. I would love some feedback from you to inspire me to continue my journey to seek new places, and people!

Cheers,
Lee IV
